We founded Electronic Brokerage Systems in January of 2000 as
a wholly owned subsidiary of Belzberg Technologies, Inc. Electronic Brokerage
Systems is a broker-dealer
and as such, provides technology-based brokerage and clearing services, trading both equities
and options. Electronic Brokerage Systems is a member of most North American stock exchanges, options
exchanges and clearing organisations, including the NYSE, NASDAQ, CBOE, NSCC and
OCC1.
With the technology and direct network connectivity to
exchanges supplied by Belzberg Technologies, Electronic Brokerage Systems, as a broker-dealer, is
uniquely positioned to offer its clients a combination of state of the art
technology and trade execution facilities both electronically and on the floor
of the NYSE and the CBOE.

Robert C. Sheehan |
|
Mr. Sheehan is the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Mr.
Sheehan started his career in the securities industry as a registered
representative in 1973. He has been a registered broker at the Chicago Board
Options Exchange since 1983. He is the registered principal of the firm. |
